A Chef de partie is required to work for an upcoming established 4 * hotel situated in the vibrant area of south Kensington and Chelsea. The ideal chef must be qualified and aspire to work towards progression as a head chef or senior Chef de partie. Successful candidates will be responsible for functioning in all sections of the kitchen including mise en plus hot and cold ideally the chef would have to be flexible. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work 5 out of 7 days and must be able to work through the Christmas holidays.
