A Sous Chef is required to work in a prestige 4 * deluxe hotel in the heart of London where the cuisine is of a very high standard. The ideal applicant must have leadership skills to support the senior sous and head chef at all times. The successful candidate will be required to have a minimum of 2 years experience at sous chef level in restaurant and banqueting in 4 * or 5 * establishments, be able to work under pressure, assist with menu planning, tastings, prepare weekly rotas, schedules and liaise with management and perform to a high standard at all times.
