All our chefs are qualified to the highest standards and have experience of working in 4-5 star establishments at regional and international level and have experience in larder, sauce and banqueting. All chefs have their Full uniform and knives.
Kitchen Porters Services
We can offer you a complete kitchen management service. All our porters are fully trained, have relevant uniform and safety shoes.
For all large kitchen contracts, a supervisor is supplied who is fully trained at COSHH and health and safety level. The supervisor is responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen service, schedules and timesheets.
For any new staff or holiday cover a training programme is provided. These programmes involve the employees working with the team at the hotel for 4-5 hours to ensure that the porter is familiar with the running of the operation. We take pride in ensuring our clients are satisfied at all times.
COSHH Training
All the staff are fully COSHH trained on a 6 month basis to ensure that they are fully aware of chemical usage and Health & Hygiene Standards.
