Chefs

This is one of the most important areas of our business and we are very proud of the standards that we have achieved. Many of our chefs have experience of working in directors units and are qualified to at least 3-5 years experience in the industry. All our chefs have their own full uniform and knives.

Hospitality
All our staff receive, a full in depth in house training programme designed especially for our Silver service and plate waiting staff. They are all qualified in waiting tables, serving tea, coffee and beverages. All members of staff have full black & white uniforms.

Deli Staff

We have a pool of qualified deli staff, who are all experienced in both barista and deli duties. All our staff are presentable and have very good communication skills.

Kitchen Porters
Neway have more than 350 active kitchen porter staff who are all COSHH trained within 2 weeks of registering. All porters are supplied with uniforms and safety shoes through Neway.

Butlers
We have a pool of 17 qualified butlers, who are of the highest standards.

Our butlers have experience of working for members of the royal family and foreign diplomats.
